Sí, está pintado totalmente en Paint, ese programa que viene por default en Windows.
Hoy en mi salón discutíamos cuál era el mejor programa para pintar en la computadora, yo decía que Photoshop, otros argumentaban que Corel Painter, Sai o Magna Studio, hasta que dije: "basta! el mejor es paint!!" y es que el programa no te hace mejor o peor artista, algunos son más cómodos que otro, y esa es la diferencia, pero lo que uno plasmen en ellos es lo que realmente cuenta.

Por cierto esto es para Vivikun de Furaffinity espero que le guste mucho :)
