That Hunter's design is roughly based off this guy here! My very first character I ever created. Not so impressively named '' Kitty '' the orange tabby, but I was like 5 when I made him. I have so many old paper books stapled, of this guy, of all his misadventures with his friends and younger brother, which also, not so impressively named, Whiskers.

I drew Kitty SO MUCH as a child. ( I'm sure he was loosely based off/inspired by Simba too since that film WAS my childhood and I was super obsessed with it! ) I always drew him anthro, but it looked nothing like this of course, it was just oblong shaped cat torsos with stick arms and triangle ears and fluffy chest. haha. 8D
I guess you could even say he was my very first Fursona as well. I was drawing anthro cats waaaay before I even knew of the furry fandom, but I guess it was meant to be!

It feels so weird to draw this character again! I've seriously not drawn him since I was about 7 or so, but it's rather refreshing to draw '' the original Hunter '' so to speak. :3

....I wonder how many people will ACTUALLY read this. Probably not many at all, lol.
