On two and three it is the same as one. All armor and heart tanks and sub tanks must be full. Then on MMX2 on the 3rd XHunter stage where there is a ladder that you have to use a crystal shot on a bat boy to get up instead of going down on the ladder there is a spot where you have to dash through spikes and the drop down a tunnel. On the tunnel hold on to the left side and you will drop into a hidden room the has the power up.
Then on MMX3 same deal with armor, life, and sub tanks on the first of the Sigma stages near the last stretch of the stage drop down the pit on the first one and drag down till you enter a secret room with the power up that holds all the extra chips in one. Turns you gold. Plus if you didn't kill Vile off and let Zero enter the mini boss area on the 2nd Sigma stage. If Zero beats it. He will be damaged, but gives you his Z Saber to you.

They are easy. I was able to beat them after awhile. Just takes practice and of course Nintendo Power helped too. ;p though in my opinion, after MMX 4 the series sucked. Axl is in my opinion a pussy.
