This hot little number is a girl named Tohka Yatogami from "Date a Live". Never heard of this anime, but I sure am glad to know now!
I'll be honest, I had a lot of fun with this one, but boy was it a BITCH to make the vectors for her Inverse armor... Especially the transparent dress. Also, what I like most about her overall appearance is probably the color scheme for her Inverse form, so I sort of went out of my comfort zone to replicate it (gotta love those skin-tight undergarments... <3)
