Character Description

Unlike most in his world, he never did grow up into a normal fully anthro form, mostly 'stuck' in his feral Eevee build and height. (Imagine being under 2 feet tall in a world most are 4-8 feet tall). While he may not be the Pokemon best to use for competitions, he is an amusing one to hang out with and be your pal. Even if he may pull a prank on you now and then for a laugh.

Likes: Hanging with his Pokemon 'Brothers', socializing, good alcohols and spirits, pulling jokes and pranks (usually in good nature), flirting,

World/Setting

A Pokemon based world that is not human/owner dependent and that the PCA (Poke' Combat Academy) exist in.

Body

Typical Eevee build and design, except a little taller and able to more easily walk on his hind legs if he chooses to.

Clothing

Usually does not wear clothing, but fedoras, outfits that make him look sharp (like business suits and old school mobster suits) are some favorites.

Accessories

Glasses all the time, booze cigarettes and bacon are optional accessories.
