Here is another alien race of cats, the Van Shire's home world was destroyed by a meteor (it was actually Rederick, a super powerful space ninja who the terror of the universe except the galaxy of Flarth).
Surga is one of 36 Van Shires left (including Virtuoso Lydia Maragold) who sided with Rederick out of fear, but the collar is starting to turn into a choke collar. She is pretty much like Vegeta, she wants to defeat Virtuoso and is pretty much cocky and full of herself at times.
