It's Tikal the Echidna from "Sonic Adventure" tap dancing.  The user requested Tikal to wear her trademark outfit and a pair of high heel tap shoes, which I decided to draw.  I gave Tikal tan tap shoes that resemble her trademark sandals.

Comments are appreciated.
