To most mousies, the pegamousie Peanut Flutter acts like a Cloud Coocoolander. Her idea of home decor is highly eclectic and in questionable taste. Far from stupid, she often distracts herself with irrelevant tangents and be a touch perverse at times (in as much as she can be). Usually, she seems a bit off-kilter with how she perceives the world, her reminiscences of her past sometimes being more fantasy than reality. In truth, it's mostly a façade she uses to cope with life. She had a sheltered upbringing, and the real world terrifies her at times.
