A good superhero is measured by how many people devotes their lives to solely destroying you and this makes Captain Banta a bonafide superhero now.

Mona Hedgie, a.k.a. the Machinist, is an Erizoian. The Erizoians are an alien race of hedgehogs who homeworld is the planet Flarth (yep, that Flarth). The Erizoians are adapted to several environments, being split into Sand Hogs, Jungle Hogs, Mountain Hogs, and Ice Hogs. Banta is in an area of Jungle Hogs.

Back to the Machinist, she is a supervillain who uses machines in her schemes around Banta and is a constant annoyance to Captain Banta (Well Rocky does the same thing, but she tries to leave him up to Virtuoso and her fellow Squeaks.
