Lineart version of a TF sequence for khkyle2, of him turning into his character, Nitro. I decided the catalyst should be his shoes, cuz they've got a pretty spiffy design, and went from there.
It's pretty funny. For my normal comics I always plot 'em out really well, do thumbnails of everything...for all the TF sequences I've done, I pretty much jump into 'em, no plans. This sequence lead to some interesting-ness.
For this page, I had no idea what I was gonna do for that horizontal space at the bottom--I knew I was gonna do something with the hands, so I kept trying to do the standard "looking at his hands" bit, and it just wasn't working out. Then I actually looked at the page, and realized, "Oh, well, shit, he just took his glasses off, maybe I should work with that." It came together then.
THAT SHOE IS SO GLOWING IN THAT SECOND "PANEL"!
