my third model ever.. still learning, have no idea how to make hair or even create poses without deform the model itself (you know, using bones).. but eventually.. I did this in 3 hours

looking good. Extremely good in fact if it's only your third model ever (nice one) :). Like the muscles you've modelled into the legs.

Never used z-brush myself sadly so can't be of huge help but there's usually a lot of good tutorials for programs like this around; I have heard polycount has to be kept an eye on with Z-brush though (have heard horror stories involving ten thousand-poly noses XD).
