One of Namine's 'friends'/information network consultant. The things she hears in the hot springs and Spa's in the capital city on her homeworld is worth quite a pretty penny.
She also is a deep sea diver, with inflated boob sacs for diving. *they get bigger*
She is also a bit hotheaded, and really likes shiny things, hence diving for underwater treasures and such.
Her wings are small, so she can't fly, but she can glide decently, and float up like a kite with her sacs inflated if she wants too. They also inflate under stress, similar to a puffer fish, but with no spikeys.
