Ice crystal that big? Cake. Silver Hat or Gold Hat would be able to do that on their own, even... but since she's cosplay a Pooka Prince, best to have her match up perfectly with a coin-based 'curse' that gives her, ah... floppy uncut bits ala a certain picture with her and Khaki for 24 hours...
