Click Edit pools... at the top of an existing submission, and you can create a new pool. After the pool exists, you just have to choose the pool to add the pic too.
When you're submitting new images, there's an option at the bottom to assign to pools before finishing the post~ Pools will appear on your main page, with navigation below the pic.
If the images are out of order, you can go to the pool and click on "Order" to be able to rearrange them.
