Well, Ilsa lives more south, in the Ghostwood region, just off US-28 there.
And as far as Rex goes, well... If you read the end of McInTots, Season 2, you may be aware that his place of residence wouldn't show anywhere on the map of Sugna, and very soon, in another favorite story of yours, you will be privy to this secret we haven't even shown in McInTots. It's something that's even CANON to McInTots.
The world of McInTots is about to get a whole lot bigger for ya :P
