I don't think it's Tron. I've seen both films and neither one mentioned Chrome. Both was in a computer system so not really the future and Tron had those circuit suits which would be more reference-able. I was thinking (new) Mad Max because of the chrome spray paint sacrifice thingie where they spray their mouth. Could e shadowrun but not really familiar with it.
