Some work I am doing for the setting of my Sona and most of my OCs. One thing I have to do is Neora. Those are some flags I was thinking of. It should symbolize the unity between the people among each other and the government. The unity is red and surrounds the people in yellow and the government in blue. The government is in most of them surrounded by the people and is a reference to the position of the government as part of the people, but still highlight it as leader, caretaker and arbitrator between the different groups of people.
Please give me some feedback to this. Which of those flags already exist? Which one looks better? I am also planning to add a heraldic animal or so.
