My friend Scott got me addicted to this game recently. It's just all-around pretty great.
If you like MineCraft or Terraria, you'd definitely like this game. It's open-world and has crafting, but doesn't really focus on the building aspect of the other games. It mainly focuses on surviving and thriving for as long as you can. It's pretty difficult at first until you start figuring things out.
It has a 2D, Tim Burton-esque look to it. You pick a character and play. Each character has their own strengths and weaknesses. Normally I play as Willow the Firestarter.
But yeah! I highly reccommend this game. It's pretty great, and if you like Don't Starve, I recommend getting Don't Starve Together so you can play with other people.
