Another commission I did during FA:United. I really enjoyed drawing the flowy hair and peaceful expression!
Original text from the commissioner: Some rebellious girls choose skinny dipping as their alternate method of swimming; Debbie Ranger, prefers the other extreme! On a good day, she'll kick off her shoes and dive into the pond with all her clothes on; without thinking twice about it. Debbie also knows that being able to swim fully clothed is a good skill to have should a situation demand it, so she takes all the practice she can get!

Oh, now this is an interesting piece. I love that it's exactly the opposite of what the title seems to suggest when you first read it, and the little explanation just makes it all the more interesting I think. It's certainly different! You've done a really lovely job with this picture, too. I love the way her hair is streaming out behind her, and all the little bubbles and the currents made by her dive floating all around her. It really does have a wonderful serene feel to it, as well. Her happy expression and the carefree way she's dived into the water evoke thoughts of a long, hot summer and those days of your youth where you were truly free for the summer. Beautifully done all around!

I was totally expecting this one to be an exhibitionism piece when I saw the title. I can't help but wonder if this is a kink of some kind or just being fun for fun's sake. She sure looks happy, either way. n_n
