"I know you're about to cut me open and likely kill me, but can I at least read the next Daring Do book?"

Coming from you it was obvious this is nonsense, even if you didn't add that disclaimer. But if you hadn't added, I'd be suspecting.

Well it can be said that this changeling is not the smartest of the bunch. But as long as he gets the book he wants nearly anything else can be done to him. *sighs and shakes hir head*

I suppose if I was going to be disected and there was nothing I could do about it, I'd want a good book, too.

Can't a changeling teleport? He or she better figure out how!!! LOL!

Looks like some form of binding on his horn. Could be preventing it. You know how "by the book" twilight can be.

Twilight: Would you allow me to examine your body, inside and out?
Changeling: Can I read the next Daring Do book while you do it?
Twilight: Sure, I've already made preparations for that request!
Changeling: Awesome, then it's all good!

Let's be honest, we all knew this is what kind of things Twilight did down there. ;)

He really needs to work on his priorities. If she cuts him up, he won't be able to read the book.
