I do well know it. However I did design Nate and Kimmy long before it came out (Or came to my knowledge anyway). Still I did add it to as the third possible theory as to how they came about (still it doesn't explain Dale and Foxy's daughter Dani)

GeeGaw never appeared in the origin feature film on the Rescue Rangers. The first 4 charter members called on him, Monty hoping that Geegaw had gotten over whatever caused he & Monty to fall out, only to find that GeeGaw was dead and Gadget was running things.
