Changing his Baby Sister
This was something I thought one day had to be done since this show kind of help change my whole perspective on life itself. It's a cute picture of Daniel Tiger from the PBS kids show Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood with his baby sister Margaret feeding her a bottle in the morning to a rising sun in her room.

I know that the episodes aired back in August of 2014, but better late then never I suppose.

Now for those of you wondering why this show changed my life at the point of Margarets reveal is becuase as most of you know, my Grandma had passed away back in May of 2014 and it was quite a shock for me. I even had a hard time speaking at the funeral about how we were close and shared our love for movies which made me break down. I got praise from people their saying that my "Speech" was the most heartfelt out of everyone, and I didn't even have to write it, I just spoke (and blubbered) my mind and feelings towards her. But back to Daniel. Once the commercials for the season started to air a week or two before the airtime, I was rather excited since I always love baby characters on cartoon shows and couldn't wait to see what they do with this brother/sister relationship (plus see if their was a diaper change scene in it of course) After watching the episode a couple times, I felt like these episodes connected with me on a personal level, and let me tell you why I think so.

1: Margaret Tiger was named after Granpere's (Daniel's Grandfather) Mother, to which Daniel Striped Tiger, (Daniel's Dad) when hearing the name, said "I had a Grandma Margaret who was very special to me" and that to me helped me realize how much I loved my Grandma as well.

2: The relationship between Margaret and Daniel is a very sweet and relatable one. You'd think this show would get away with a namby-pamby sort of brotherly sisterly relationship, but in this show, it's portrayed realisticly with the fact that with Margaret here, she takes up a lot of Daniel's parents time and he has to get used to that by realizing that "Their is time for him and Baby too" and it handles it quite nicely and well paced and made the sibling relationship more believable.

This series of episodes taught me that even in something as tragic as death of a loved one, their is always a light at the end of a tunnel or something beautiful takes its place like a birth of something so sweet and precious like Baby Margaret. And that's truely what I believe in for this show. It may not have the clever writings of My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic or the heavily implemented situations of shows like Steven Universe, but Daniel Tiger has a certain charm to it that has me coming back for more as well as the sibling relationship between Margaret and Daniel.

P.S. Yes, I know I spelled Siblings wrong XD

It is in reply to this statement, "This series of episodes taught me that even in something as tragic as death of a loved one, their is always a light at the end of a tunnel or something beautiful takes its place"
