I think what is actually going on is basically: She made Krystal the dragon, which was then stolen to be used in a chinese restaurant. Someone discovered the dragon in the resteraunt and took a snapshot of it, Naming her "Dim Sum", and thus demanding Fanart and stuff to be made of her so that she could be a real character in the show unaware that she's someone's stolen OC.
And now we're here, with fanart of it. Basically "officially" Dim Sum is a Dragon named Krystal made by a girl on dA. No one's implying you've stolen anything, just adding to the fanart of a hella cute dragon ;3
