----- This is one of my favorite chapters, primarily for one line. "This is my heart. It's yours forever." The line is trite as all get out, but it chokes me up, every single time. The song is also one of my favorites, too, despite the fact that Bette Midler obviously had no formal vocal training, or she would never have sung the line as "Just rememBERRRRRRRRRRR". You NEVER sing a hard "R", for precisely the reason I find her version sets my teeth on edge.
