----- Dipper gets an invitation to a party and makes the mistake of going without permission or chaperon.
----- This chapter was the very first chapter of The Beach Bears Story created. I had recorded quite a few songs, and was in the process of trying to find others to sing, by creating a station on Pandora using songs I had already recorded as seeds. This song kept coming up. It was clear who should sing it, but it was a departure from his usual upbeat songs. So, I figured, it needed a story to go with it. I wrote the story that goes with this, and published the song, using the story as the description. It was only the second song posted on the newly created Dipper Draper site. Later, that same day, I decided to actually record the story using sound effects and the voices of Dipper and Birch, and thus it became the first chapter recorded. Shortly after that, I decided that I would try to put a story with as many of the songs of The Beach Bears as I could. The story was constructed both before and after this chapter, the arc I call the Courtship of Stargazer being completed even before the Creation Of The Beach Bears and Recording The First Album. By the time the previous chapters were done, this had become Chapter 20, and I had chapters up to the beginning of Rock Band Wars created and published, although not in chronological order. During that time, I was putting out up to four chapters a day, as I was quickly filling in the past and creating the future. By the time I got done with Chapter 53, which I consider the end of the first major arc, I had put out 53 chapters in the span of 50 days, a level of activity I have not come close to since. This Chapter is now 21 with the revamped beginning, which added a new Chapter, Homeward Bound.
