Why's that bad that Channelings feed on love by being loved and doing everything for those who love them? Many peoples IRL do the same, but they doesn't get called on that or hated for doing so. :\

I'm guessing it's because the show played them off as such. The queen also showed that they tend to lock away or steal away the original lover in order to feast on the love of the unwitting lover, which is definitely bad. It's like someone locking you in a closet and pretending to be you just because they want the love you get from your lover or family.
In this case however, with a changling being loved for wittingly being a changling (same as the one in the nonsensical story being loved for reading the book of Daring Do), it's possible for them to receive love while not needing to pretend to be someone's loved one.

Canon doesn't cover it well, so fan works fill in a lot of their own details, and that will vary. Shining Armor was pretty badly weakened in the original episode, but that could be blamed on overfeeding or various other explanations. It's hard to imagine their whole hive doing their normal stealth-feeding thing for as long as there have been changelings without it being noticed and even fairly common knowledge if each feeding is seriously weakening to their victim.

I haven't read the comics but I've seen some pics of some of it. Many don't consider the comics 'canon', and there's kind of a question of contradiction between the comics' depiction and Canterlot Wedding's depiction. So I don't fault any fanfiction that chooses not to sync up to the comics, or uses their version as an option for changelings (as opposed to the only choice).
Again, though, if that's their only option, they have a really hard time going undiscovered in the long run, and avoiding becoming common knowledge. (And that would rule out the peaceful coexistence possibility, so they need successful stealth/deception, which is much harder once ponies and others know that they are a thing and are on the lookout.)
I personally tend to prefer something along these lines: 1) Feeding on love is draining to the lover, weakening them. In extreme cases, it can incapacitate a pony, similar to Tirek's magic-stealing. But it doesn't have to be done to that level. 2) Changelings have developed a variety of techniques for harvesting love. They can pretend to be a loved one, and enjoy that love, or they can pretend to be a normal pony and get a date of their own, or they can capture a pony and force them to dream love-filled dreams while the changelings harvest the love at their leisure, and the captive slowly wastes away until either death or release. What we saw in the comics would be taking that approach. 3) My personal head-canon is that disguises/deception make love harvesting less efficient. If somepony loves a changeling for who they really are, it's lossless, the changeling gains as much energy as the lover loses. If somepony falls in love with a disguised changeling, it's more efficient, but can be harder to establish and maintain (they have to keep up a real relationship, at least in the lover's eyes) than if the pony believes the changeling to be somepony they already love.

Well, I bet previously channelings (specially their queen) have come to a conclusion that no-one will ever love a channeling for who they truly are and thus begun to harvest love any way possible, becoming villians. Love is a hard thing to get, not every being could proudly say that they're being loved and there's whole race that feeding on love to survive. I'd say I'd be desperate too in Chrisalis' place.

Yeaaah, but desperation leading to creepiness and the required stalking necessary to be someone's impostor?
That's... not cool.
If someone is that desperate they're only going to have a harder time finding it. At that point they may need to question what they need it for in the first place.
I mean, a real person isn't a changling and doesn't need it for sustenance. Personal validation of one's worth doesn't need to be sought through other people... Of course, if they just want it for sex, there are other ways do deal with that. e_e

A mindless drone has no mind to be crafty, yet deep inside her is the soul of her lover and with all that love the drone can give much to Celestia. But the big question is if the dron is still connected to the hive. The changeling could then be used by Chrysalis to talk her into opening up the restrictions placed on them.

I don't think changelings are evil, just misunderstood. What one doesn't understand frightens them and leads to misunderstandings. Honestly if my wife was a changeling I would be truly happy. There would never be a question of the love shared between us.
