A THIRD eye would be possible with the Sonic mutation* . The face is partially or even totally duplicated. The mildest cases can be surgically corrected, BUT total duplication tends to be lethal due to brain derangement. This gal can be surgically put right. I am not so sure about her devilish attitude.
My personal pic files has several cases, and I think inbreeding is at fault.
