My fan character Emma (Camp Lazlo) was ALWAYS a bean scout but never wore the full uniform EXCEPT the red neckerchief. In my fanfiction, they had run out of shirts & shorts but had some neckerchiefs left. Well in this pic, they have some new uniform in stock and have kitted her out in the shirt & a skirt instead of shorts.

This was done in 2008, it's not a new pic.
