i don't like using pokemon who have cheap tactics to use xD as i have decent pokemon with good abilities and they work well together. but when u get giscor... back out of that battle unless u have a move that can break through protect or not be poisioned BI
also pokemon to watch out for that are op are, kanghaskan (mainly mega), blissey, snorelax, mew, groudon, dis bitch, gengar with really high speed is something that fucked me up recently BC my meowstic has max speed and 4iv max iv's one of them being speed so.... HOW!???
anyway just wanted to draw a comic based on my reaction when i vs someone like that, though mostly it's me trying to back out of the fight before it begins BI as i already know whats coming.
well getting good like competitivley in pokemon, means you gotta be as cheap and op as everyone else, i got a gliscgor with poison heal and i have a toxic orb myself but xD i don't wanna use it because everyone uses it and it's just not fun anymore and rather u have to be op or annoying to surivive.

Another one to be careful for would be that dam key pokemon. Ran into that and all it does is toxic (or Swagger), thunderwave, then substitution then double team until you die.

oh yea forgot to mention that one klefkey BI got a buneary to counter paralize cuz it has limber so. luckly, but i haven't come across one when i had him in my party, only when i didn't xD

Me, I hate when my oponent have legendary pokemon in his/her team ._. I don´t use legendary pokemon, just my nomal pokemon that I train and I do strategies with all (I usually play with double battles) I hate that people meh...

yea i don't use them either, i hate that also, though having said that, i have been wiping out more people with legendarys than normal pokemon xD my blaziken killed dialga in one shot and my glaceon killed deoxys in one shot too lol.

Yeah, I saw people use more legendarys than normal uufff XD for me it is as if they did cheat. Ahaha I understand you, you feel so happy and full of satisfaction when your pokemon kill legendarys XDD uooh I save those battles to see them how I win against other legendarys XD My Ice team (my Mega-Abomasnow, Glaceon, Weavile and Lapras in double battles) won against all the team of legendarys XD and with other team that I create, I almost win a legendary team with my Shuckle uwu what a pity that a Groudon kill my Shuckle in the last turn XD I was about to win with Shuckle and Blaziken

Yeap I know, isn´t care if mega-evoltion for me, I wouldn´t care if I don´t mega evo but I don´t support legendaries. It shouldn't be allowed at least in online battles, the legendaries

I will relate this to CCG's like hearth stone, and Magic the Gathering, what is fun isn't always optimal. In MTG i loved my sliver deck to death, but its win to loss ratio was pretty poor. BUT it was fun! i can't complain about losing because my over all enjoyment of that deck was great! But if you try to take that deck and go against a real true competitive deck from tournaments it would simply get destroyed! Same goes for hearth stone, where are alot of fun decks you can use but try doing any kind of competitive play and you'll always meet same basic combos and deck types using same basic set ups because, that is whats optimal.
Best way to play is just to find friends, and have everyone run " themes " Like i use to run an all Eveelution combo in one of the older pokemon games. U had every type of eevlution available, i'm sure it wasn't optimal, but was fun! Try making an all fighting type combination or something like that case in point, are ways to enjoy oneself even if they aren't the most optimal set ups. It is always better to have fun over just winning.

yea ;u; like i'm not sure if you are aware but basicly all the teams for this years pokemon tornament had almost all the same pokemon in them xD http://www.pokemon.com/us/play-pokemon/nationals/2015/... i mean i did want to try and get competitive at it but, it seems like unless i pick the obvious op pokemon like kangaskhan, landorus, rotom. whatnot. then you don't stand a chance.
and i really idk feel like it's not really based on skill anymore and rather, what move setup you have if the pokemon has good iv's and which move get priority. which is kinda a shame, i do try and get friends to battle me and whatnot but, a lot of people aren't really into the pokemon battles, unless they use competitive pokemon usualy.
