Yuki, being the youngest of her sisters, is the most playful and fun loving of the trio. She's not as direct as Yoku is, and not as methodical or sophisticated as Arya. Sure, she tries to be sneaky, but it's more about the fun of being silly than it is ACTUALLY trying not to get caught. That's part of the fun, after all! Besides, it's only ice cream (which she wants SO BAD OH MY GOODNESS.)
