Harphoenix, a strange Avian monster that has the appearance of a human, but the features of a bird with one arm actually being a large bird head. These monsters can come in several types, this one being an arctic Harphoenix, capable of fairing the harsh winder landscape. all Harphoenix are capable of generating a special ability based on where they live. since this one is an arctic Harphoenix it can breath ice out of its beak.
truthfully i just wanted to create something a little crazy and since for whatever reason i like seeing beast head as a hand like Megatron from transformers beast wars, his right hand in robot mode was a t-rex head. also this character would be in the same thing as Gun Metal Dragon
