I merely finished the transformation with some photoshopping :D I love the end result.

Nicely shopped, wouldn't have noticed unless you pointed it out.
You did leave the hair , though.

Yeah, I did leave the hair. But editing out the background would've been really difficult. There isn't much material available for me to use to edit with. Would've involved lots of smearing and brush tool and stamping... would've looked far worse.
