Oh, it's nothing really bad and it's mostly based off the EQG Trixie. Just everytime I saw her in the movie and seeing her again the show I just had a sense that she grew up in a rather lower class family.

I abandoned it after the third rewrite though. Got better stories to write that are far easier than tackling a 200K word monstrosity like that. :D

Ah well, I understand. I have a handful of stories that are mostly idle.  A few I finished but I do have some that are just kind of sitting around not doing anything.

One thing that tends to elude beginning writers is the notion that everything is functional on the learning curve. No need to push everything into a release of any kind so long as you keep honing your skills. Most of everything else is secondary. It's largely a matter of morale, really, that drives people to get so wrapped up in their audience or lack of one.
