This is another gift I did for someone on FA. Marcus is such a cute, silly character, and I've never really drawn an eevee before. Tried to give him a laidback, chilled feeling, as if he's just enjoying the sun and maybe getting some tan, that seems like a plausible reason for him to be without his socks on. Maybe that or he's just showing off...

I can only hope he likes the beach since, once again, the background came out of nowhere after the picture aws pretty much done. I swear I'll stop doing that XD
