See, it's cosplay.It's from Daily Life with a Monster Girl - otherwise known as Monster Musume. Now, to say it's not the best cosplay in the world would be completely and wholly accurate since Cookie, who is meant to be Manako, is not a cyclops... but Umbri is probably the closest thing to Tionshia, an ogre, that Cookie knows. They're part of a Monster Ops: Neutralization squad, which is kinda what Cookie actually is...
... I actually know absolutely nothing about this anime but thanks to Sydak approaching me for a cosplay commission, I'm intrigued as fuck.
I was originally going to go with Lala for Cookie's costume, but Manako ended up happening instead.
