In the horrors of the wasteland, there is a vault bringing back America's favorite past time (sitting on their fat asses and watching TV). One show that is a huge hit is a television show (that might or might not be inspired by an old internet cartoon since the net that you known and love was mostly wiped out when the bombs fell except in certain areas) titled "Dayum". It's described as cute, fluffy, and horribly wrong.
Part 1 is a character is a skunk named Penelope, she loves nature and has OCD, but is a girl loving tea parties, dressing up, ect.
