Though thought to be lost, this artwork was done for a good friend of mine, tyrnightbreeze (aka Nemi-Kat), it was recently found, and this was originally done March of 2013!
When I had done it, I had remembered that Nemi's favorite Sailor Guardian of Uranus, and that's why he's cosplaying as Sailor Uranus!
