.hi my name is kenny colson you probably know me from the previous story the one that my dad told.well this time am telling the story so okay like you know my father kyle is green lantern.am very proud ate him that he is a green lantern butt sometimes i wish he wasnt.since he became a green lantern we dont see each other allot then he is off to work then he his in space.or then he is saving the city....dont gett me wrong its cool that my dad is a superhero.butt i dont see him any more becaus he is so bussy....i wish i was a green lantern too so i could help him fighting crime and so we could be more togther.any way a view days ago my wish came thrue so what happent?.
.dad promised me that we would go to the movie theater saterday night butt something came between againe.dad needed to go to oa becaus a green lantern past away in battle and he needed to give a speech.
"kenny"butt dad you promised??!.
"kyle"kenny am sorry all right i can help it i need to go.
"kenny"butt dad you promised that we would go to the theater togther.
"kyle"kenny i know i promised butt am sorry we can go tomorrow if you want.
"kenny"yeah thats what you all ways say.....
"kyle"what??.
"kenny"you are saying that the hole week.
"kyle"kenny lissen i have two responsibilities.

.dad gived me 20 bucks he said i could order a pizza and invite a friend if i want i said i will order something and watch a movie.dad understand i was disappointed butt he had a dutty so later dad flyed away in high speed to oa.afther i saw he was gone tears wer rolling off my cheeks i miss him so much...butt any way i wiped my tears away and stayed strong i orderd chinese food and watched a funny movie.i was still thinking abouth dad i really wished i was a lantern so we could fight crime togther.
.later that night.
.later that night I felled asleep butt a view hours later i woke up i felled a big shock.it felled like a earth quak butt then againe there was a second shock.so i standed up from the couch and walked to the backyard window.i saw a bright shining light high up in the sky i first thougt dad is home! :D.i runned out side and waited for dad to land so i could give him a big hug...hey even six-teen year old boys like to hug ;).butt when the green light came closer i saw it wasnt dad or a other alien life form it was something els?.so when the object came closer i finally saw what it was....it was a green lantern ring and battery!!!.
.first i was amazed butt then scared i first thougt that this could be the ring and battery from dad.butt that isnt possible becaus dad his battery is upstairs so that means.the ring must be for me?.....butt why and how....then i remember what dad said.dad said that a green lantern past away maybe this was the battery and the ring from that lantern??.so afther a while the battery landed on the ground very smooth and the ring was floding infront off me.me?? was i meant to be a lantern??? the ring was floding infront off me waiting for me to grab it.i wanned to grab the ring butt i was ate the sametime scared and amazed my heart started beating faster then ever.i reached out my left hand and slowy grabbed the ring i then slowy putted the ring on my right middel finger.
.suddely i couldnt move my body i only could say thes words.
"kenny"in brightest day........in blackest night.
.i started saying the green lantern oath.
"kenny"no evil shall escape my sight.
.while i was saying the words i formed my hand in to a fist and raised up very slow until the ring was infront off my face againe.my hole body was glowing even my eyes wer glowing green.
"kenny"let thos who worship evil's might.....BEWARE MY POWER GREEN LANTERN'S LIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
.afther i said thos words i raised my fist high into the sky and a huge shock wave and energy blast shooted out off my ring.there was huge energy stream floding out off my ring in to space it was amazing all this power.afther ten seconds the energy stream died out....i was so happy i was a lantern...butt suddely i noticed.that i was wearing different clothes i was wearing a green t shirt with the green lantern logo on it.i was also wearing a green jacket and i was wearing a green jeans and black sneakers...this must be my green lantern outfit?.butt its kinda strange becaus i imaged that if i would become a green lantern this is how i would look like?.strange enough it happent i thougt that all green lantern's needed to wear a jump suit or something??.well doesnt matter i look cool.
.butt any way i runned to the bathroom and started looking in the mirror i was also wearing a green mask.when i thougt mask away....the mask disappeared....i did this for a couple off times this was so cool.i had to tell dad abouth this....butt then i thougt i cant tell dad abouth this why???.becaus i thougt if i would tell dad am a green lantern he probably wouldnt lett me keep the ring.so i thougt when the time is there i will tell him...so i hided the battery in my room in my closet wer dad never looks into.i hided the ring underneath my pillow and whent to sleep.......
.later that weekend....monday morning.
.it was monday morning school day the first thing i thougt was.
"kenny"fuck......
.yeah i dont like school butt who doesnt right.....so any way i meeted dad downstairs.yesterday he did as he promised yesterday we whent to the theaters and had a fun night.i toke a quick shower brushed my teeth and eated some cereal.
"kyle"so hope you had fun yesterday?.
"kenny"i sure did!.
"kyle"so you arent mad any more.
"kenny"no dad its cool i thougt what you said and yeah your right besides me you need to protect other people too.
"kyle"well am glad you think abouth it that way any way am off to work you want spaghetti tonight?.

.so later dad drived to work and i walked to school i toke the ring with me becaus i wanned to make sure dad doesnt find it.when he clean my room or changes my sheets whit new ones you never know. when i allmost reached the school i could hear police and firemen screaming and shouting i also smelled some smoke.i runned to my school and saw that the school next to mine was one fire it was a toddeler school.
"jake"hey kenny!!.
.jake is a friend from class.
"kenny"hey whats going on??.
"jake"there is a fire and there are still people inside.
"kenny"shit.
.the firemen tryed to control the fire butt it was to heavy to control.i heard one off the firemen say that every body was saved besides a kid named nicky he was still inside.the fire was to big to go inside and the firemen didnt know for sure if day could safe him.i knew i had to safe him i was the only one who could....butt the problem was i never used my powers.butt it didnt matter there was kid in trouble and i needed to do something.
"kenny"uh jake ill be right back i need to take a piss.
"jake"wait now?.
"kenny"yeah seeing all that water spraying out off thos hoses makes me nuts.
.i runned away out off sight and grabbed the ring out off my pocket i putted on the ring and changed into green lantern.when i was changed i putted the cap over my head my mask was on and i runned back to the school.people wer looking ate me some off them wer laughing becaus day thougt i was a green lantern fan who dress like a lantern and tryed to safe the day.i ignored them and runned thrue the gates i knocked every body out my way the only door to enter the building was blocked with fire and wood and stones.
.i aimed my ring ate the door and i shooted a energy blast thrue the blocking objects.i was amazed that i did that and so wer the people around me.i runned inside and started looking for that kid.
"kenny"*cough*....nicky!!....*cough*....nicky.
"nicky"help!!!!!.
.i could hear nicky from a far distance i could also hear he was crying and coughing he was probably upstairs on the third floor.i used my powers to blast a hole into a wall so i could take a short cut.i finally found a stairs i could hear little nicky his voice coming closer.the fire was so hot and the smoke was so thick it was hard to see any thing.
"nicky"help!!!!!!.
"kenny"AM COMING!!.....nicky wer are you???????...
"nicky"here..*cough*.
.nicky was on the other side off a wall i needed to blast a hole so i could reach him.
"kenny"*cough*....nicky i want you to step back now!!!!.
.i used my powers againe to blast a hole into the wall i wiped the smoke away and saw little nicky on the ground coughing.
"nicky"*cough..cough* who are you??.
"kenny"am green lantern.......come one lets gett you out off here.
.i grabbed little nicky into my arms and runned with him to the stairs.butt before i could reach the stairs wood stone and other crap blocked the stairs.
"nicky"wer trapped!??.
"kenny"no wer not.
.i runned to the hall way and the only exit was a large window ate the end off the hall way i had no choice. butt to jump out off the window and hope i can call for my fly ablity.i started running and aiming my ring ate the window.

.a huge energy blast shooted out off my ring and knocked every thing away.i jumped with little nicky into my arms thrue the window out of the building we wer falling down from three floors.i quickly imaged i was wearing rocket boots my ring gived me rocket shoes and we landed very slow on the ground.when the smoke from my shoes finally faded away i was kneeling in a propose position.with nicky into my arms....i looked up and people wer amazed what happent and started clapping and shouting day wer taking pictures day wer recording me.day wer screaming i am a hero....i was tired butt amazed i really did it i saved this kid.
.suddely the mother of the child runned crying on the play ground.
"mother from nicky"nicky nicky!!!.
"nicky"mom :D!!!!.
.little nicky runned to his mom and hugged her i standed up on two feet and looked around.people wer still shouting that am a hero.
"mother from nicky"thank you..sniff...thank you for saving my son..sniff.....who are you?...

.i toke a view steps back kneeled a little and then flyed away high into the sky.i even wasnt using my rocket boots i was using my own flying ability.it was a little hard to control butt i managed to flow above the play ground.people wer clapping and shouting and i flyed away high into the sky away out off sight.i changed back into my normal form and walked back to school.i acted like i had seen every thing later afther school i came home and dad was in the back yard i saw he was in his green lantern form.i also saw the guardians from oa wer floding next to him.
"kenny"hey dad hi guardians are we having a party???.
"guardian scare"no young men wer not having a party.
"kyle"kenny we saw what you did.
"kenny"what?.
"kyle"kenny we know your a lantern.
"kenny"me a lantern???? thats a joke right???.
"appa ali apsa guardian"young men we are maybe a thousand years old butt not stupid.....dont you think we gett a update who recives a ring?.
.i had no clue what to say.
"kenny"okay fine yes am a lantern.....your probably mad ate me.
"kyle"kenny am proud ate you.
"kenny"what?.....butt why i lie ate you.
"kyle"kenny we saw what you did you saved that child his life you risked your own life to save a kid younger then you.
"kenny"i know.....i was the only one who could help him i couldnt just stand there and dont do any thing.

.the guardians teleported away.
"kyle"kenny am so proud ate you.....i knew since saterday night that you wer a lantern.
"kenny"how did you know?.....did the guardians told you??.
"kyle"no not really......when i was flying home i saw the ring from the lantern that past away flying to earth so i started watching who would recive the ring then i saw the ring choosed you i was so proud when you wer the one that recived a ring.
"kenny"so that means we can fight crime togther?.
"kyle"well to behonest first i thougt you werent ready butt when i saw you in action today i knew i was wrong so yes you can help me.

.i gived dad a huge hug.....later that night dad was teaching me a little how to fly i learned very quick.then we flyed to the empire state building and started floding above it dad putted his left arm around me and we bolt aimed our ring into the sky.
