How do I make it go?
I notice it's a Flash but it doesn't seem to have controls or clicking zones.

It goes on its own, it's an automatic loop.

I realize that it's supposed to, but all I can see is what appears to be the first loop where nothing is actually happening. I also don't see any "next" option when I right click so it seems there's no actual way to progress.

I think he means there is no more "next" option. The animation you're seeing is all there is, and loops.
