Emotional breakdowns are kinda normal for me if they (at least) happens for me ones a month. Its not like im "sick" or "i am sick of them" (even if the 2nd one is more or less right.) its more like im used to them, sadly.
So after one of those, i had in mind drawing myself, how i really see myself in art, in MY art, would maybe help.
It did a bit but it does help thing getting out of my mind. I still hope you like how im looking, even if im mostly runnign with "sad" face the last days, i am who i am.
