Looks good to me. I was wondering what Celestia looked like in the first part of Chapter 9; now I know. Also, I notice that she has a plain pink mane of regular hair, rather than the multicolor ethereal one that we're used to seeing on her in the show. I'm guessing that that's because of the collar and horn ring blocking her magic, am I right? Or so wrong that it's ridiculous?

That would be the suppressor ring on her horn. It's fel-steel make, powerful enough to suppress her ethereal mane and nearly all of her magic post her scuffle with Twilight. The chain is similar make and virtually unbreakable by physical means
