Character Description
Pablo is a hedgehog who's also Julie's younger brother and Prince of Ocean Kingdom.
Powers: Pablo has some powers. Like his older sister, he can run really fast. Since he's intelligent, he can make new forms of technology using raw materials around him. He can also control fire.
Abilities: Pablo can do anything that involves technology. He can also use weapons and knows how to fight as well.
Personality
Pablo is a very odd hedgehog. He gets short tempered easily, but is cool most of the time. He cares about his sister Julie and others. He is very intelligent and he's a gamer. XD He is shy around strangers. When getting involved in a serious situation, he always does what's necessary in order to deal with the problem/task.
Likes/Dislikes
Like: hanging out with friends, helping his sister in anything, playing video games, being around technology, listening to music
Dislike: seeing his sister sad/worried, getting mad, anything going wrong
Background/History
Pablo is the Prince of Ocean Kingdom. Although he's the youngest, he shares equal responsibilities as his sister. When Julie went to travel abroad, he stayed in the kingdom for his training. He hasn't seen Julie since he was 7 years old, but as the years went by, they stayed in contact by letters. Until Julie returns to the kingdom, he helps his father rule it.

Pablo is a dark blue hedgehog. He has brown eyes. His mouth, arms, and legs are dark blue as well. His stomach is also in peach color.
