Personality
Competitive, fun-loving, and compassionate, but very stubborn.

Dislikes: Crashing, losing, getting captured inside a Pokéball
Background/History
Phil invented a Pokéball of his own creation, intended to evolve any Pokémon it captured. However, on its first run, the Pokéball backfired, bouncing off of a Rufflet and hitting Phil, transforming him into a Braviary!
Body
Human: tall and lanky, light-skinned, brown hair, blue eyes
Braviary: Anthro with 2 pairs of talons, and 1 pair of wings on his back. About a foot taller than his human form.
Clothing
Pokémon trainer's outfit, complete with blue vest, green shirt, tan shorts, blue shoes, and belt with Pokémon-themed buckle.
Accessories
Extra Pokéballs, sometimes those of his own creation
