abilities: the orb in her chest gives her many powers and abilities. she has a healing factor but its not perfect, can create hard light energy clones of herself, she can even telepathically communicate over great distances and even see and hear through other peoples eyes and ears but she can not control people, though she can use the power of suggestion to guide them to do things, though if they have a strong will they can block her out, she can change species as well, she also has a very long tongue that can come out to over 12 feet long and it tapers to a point.
likes: candy, snuggling, belly rubs (both inside and out.) making friends, playing with kids, exploring, helping people, and letting people that want to live in her body, and her surrogate lopunny mother fluffy.
dislikes: bullies, mean people, letting others get hurt, seeing kids crying, and the discussing food they forced her to eat when she was created by team rocket.
fears: loosing her mother, and god busters.

back story: team rocket was trying to recreate the mew two project, they had tried several prototypes but each one was a disastrous failure, they went insane, died minutes after leaving the tank, melted, exploded, and none could even come close to matching the original mew two's power, they then tried a different method and used a captured female lopunny to gestate their next prototype, thinking that having a living creature gestate the mew two would prove more effective and allow the prototype to survive more then a week. they monitored the lopunny's condition and the prototype with in and saw that the results were better then they were with the tank, they had energy meters monitoring the prototypes energy but all of them burned out and over loaded trying to find her power level, suggesting it was much higher then they planned. 9 months later the lopunny gave birth to the prototype, which was much bigger then they were expecting, they allowed them to bond and kept a close eye on its vitals. over the next several years they find its growth to be much faster then expected, and its size far exceeding what they had predicted, they then began to train the prototype, but quickly learned it refused to kill any living creature, they tried everything from torture to shock collars and even tried threatening the mother. nothing worked, they then tried to kill this failed prototype but then learned it would not die even to the most deadly of poisons known to man. then one day the police found the lab and arrested every one there, and they set the mewtwo prototype and its mother into the wild.
