oooh those, the large baggy garments you see mini and witch hazal wearing are a type of undergarment called a 'Pantaloon' those are a secondary garment worn 'over' your other undergarments, they were designed for use with dresses that had a tendency to fly up...it prevented embarasing moments durring windstorms and such. as the name sugests there basicly pants for women in an age before women actualy wore pants.
