Liberty Wing and Paper Mache are the same soul. Liberty wing's soul already reset'd, and evolved into Paper Mache, so if that soul would be reborned, it would seem logical, that Paper was selected... However, this is a Memory, so Liberty Wing and Paper Mache had 50-50% chance to be "reborn-changing"...IMO. Maybe Paper Mache's "Memory of Love" is more recent, thus stronger, and the changeling instinctively choose that form. Still call it heads-tails-chance! XP
