Born the fifth child to a family of farmers, he was deemed too small and sickly to help with chores which led to resentment from his siblings and parents. While trapped indoors he took to whittling and carving figures and small toys he would sell to help the family out. Once he hit 18, he ran off to college and ended up making a massive splash in the city as a sculptor. Wanting to help his hometown, he moved back and set up his gallery there which became a massive draw for people in the city. Born Reggie Boy Delfend, he changed his name after getting married, and works under the moniker R.A.D.
