Jaga was doing some crazy toon stuff and ended up creating a massive explosion

This is a digitization of a doodle I did for my good friend

. I recently acquired a full licence for paint tool SAI so I took a doodle I did of his character being propelled by an explosion.

I drew it traditionally, drew it originally, scanned it and today (07-07-2015) I inked it and basically colour in SAI then took it into Photoshop and added the background and worked on the lighting and shading to make it look like Jaga was actually in front of an explosion, not just stuck on the screen.

I'm reeeeally pleased with how it looks. Please tell me what you think of it. :)

It came out absolutely awesome. You've improved a lot and the way you incorporated the background is impressive. Using SAI and Photoshop together really payed off.

I love it. It's my new wallpaper.

Awww thanks very much buddy, I'm ever so glad you like it. X3 I'm pleased at how it looks. Its aslo my desktop wallpaper now too ;)

Oh and the reason there isn't his white eye brows or bandage on the tail is that this was drawn just before those changes, so thats my excuse there :P

It took one guy about 70 years to be rebuilt after a blast like that. Had to be regrown from stem cells in tissue scraps. Some parts were missing altogether, so were replaced by robo parts. Memories were downloaded from his vehicle (from which the tissue was harvested after that blast), it having a neuro-interface that preserved them, as new brain tissue was grown.
