Honestly, looking back, this is a pretty lame one. Radarva was my attempt at a Bug/Electric, and evolves into Antrack at 30. It'd be a rather gimmicky pokemon, featuring a host of low-accuracy moves so that you're more or less required to use Lock-On or take it into a double battle with a pokemon that has No Guard to function effectively. Both the 5th gen Bug/Electric and the 5th gen ant are better designs, though. Moving on...
