My dex has Castform evolving once it hits a certain moveset, with its final typing and appearance dependent upon those moves, but with the advent of the seasonal system, I think it's make sense to have its type dependent on the season where available instead. It retains its Normal type if it learns Sunny Day, Rain Dance, and Hail all at once (or alternately, it can evolve in Spring), it becomes Fire type with Sunny Day and Ember (or in Summer), Water/Electric type with Water Gun and Rain Dance (Autumn) and Ice type with Powder Snow and Hail (Winter). In all forms, it gains in the Special Attack and Special Defense departments, with a small boost to its HP as well, and its ability changes to match whatever weather it represents (Cloud Nine for Normal, Drought for Fire, Drizzle for Water/Electric, and Snow Warning for Ice).
